2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Avoid sharing this information with any third party. You are personally responsible for all activity on your account; in the event of any unauthorised access, you must notify the joya win support team immediately.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
joya win may initiate an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) at any time. This process may require a national identity card or other documents. joya win has the right to put withdrawals on hold until identity verification is completed.
Age Limit and Eligibility

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawals

joya win reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be held until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.
4.3 Transaction Responsibility

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500, and ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 Other Promotions
joya win offers reload bonuses, slot festival bonuses, cricket season offers, birthday rewards, and referral bonuses from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Winnings from a bonus may be subject to a specific limit.
- If bonus misuse is suspected, joya win has the right to investigate and, if necessary, cancel the bonus.
- Each promotion is valid for a specific period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet will be considered final only when the system confirms it and displays a confirmation message. If an incomplete bet caused by a network issue or technical error is not accepted by joya win, the relevant amount will be returned to the user's account.
6.2 Bet Cancellation and Changes
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — although a "Cash Out" option may be available in certain cases. If there is a clear odds change before an event begins, joya win reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet.
6.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the bets on that event are generally declared void and the stake is returned. However, if part of the event has already been completed, settlement may be based on the result of that completed portion.
6.4 Sports Betting Rules
Specific rules for each sport apply when betting on cricket, football, and other sports. Odds and market availability may change; bets will be accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
6.5 Casino and Gaming Rules

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joya win platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the permanent closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited:

Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure at the User's Own Request
Any user may request to close their account at any time. In this case, the remaining balance in the account (subject to wagering requirements being met) can be withdrawn. A request for a voluntary break or Self-Exclusion may also be made.
8.2 Closure at joya win's Initiative
joya win reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in cases of a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for security reasons. The decision on whether or not to return the balance will depend on the nature of the violation.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. The balance of an inactive account may gradually decrease in accordance with a specific policy. Please contact the joya win support team regarding this matter.
